Nice dense habit – tends to be tighter than the species. Compact version of the upright dense shrub. Blue-Black fruits appear in fall and hang on until spring. Extremely dense mounded form requires little to no trimming. Excellent as a foundation plant, this shade-tolerant viburnum can withstand many soil conditions, including wet soils   Also makes a great winter screening or low hedge.
