Cornus (Dogwood) alba 'Bailhalo' (Ivory Halo Redtwig Dogwood)

Variegated leaves (white margin) provide beautiful color and texture during the growing season.  Stems gradually turn a rich, deep red in the fall, which provide a striking contrast to the white snow. Excellent clinging vine for covering stone walls, arbors, trees, etc. Needs some sort of support. Glossy, dark green leaves. Flattened clusters of fragrant, white, lace-cap configured flowers in late spring to early summer. Best grown in well drained soil in part shade to full shade. Slower to establish, but quite vigorous thereafter.
