Veronica (Speedwell) spicata 'Royal Candles' (Royal Candles Speedwell)
A bushy, clump-forming, compact cultivar. Dense, deep purple blue, candle-like flowers from June through September. Narrow, lance shaped, dark green, glossy foliage. Deadhead to prolong blooming. Good drainage is essential. Excellent as groundcover, in masses, or in the perennial border. Tolerates light shade.
